Founding seats

The founding 20. €750 a seat, once.

A live, Ranya-led cohort for operators handed the mandate. Six sessions over six weeks, 90 minutes each. You bring your real work; you leave able to do it differently. €750 a founding seat (rises to €1,200–€1,500 after the first 20).

Holding a seat costs nothing today. You confirm and pay when the cohort dates are set. The €750 is held for you until then.

20 seats. Founding price. When they're gone, the price moves.

What a seat buys

The half of this work that isn't code.

01The room

Peers who have actually done this

A room of operators who've actually done this. The end of the "nobody inside the company to ask" problem.

02The work

Live, Ranya-led, on your real work

Six live sessions, six weeks. The material is the work you bring, not slides you watch.

03The price

Founding price, held for 20

Founding price held for the first 20 seats; you're not waiting for a discount, you're the proof.

Who the room is for

Twenty operators, not two hundred.

The cap isn't scarcity theatre. Above twenty, people stop speaking and it becomes a webinar.

You were handed the mandate to figure AI out, and you own the outcome.
There's no one inside the company you can ask the naive question to.
Something is built, or nearly built, and keeping it alive is now the hard part.
Not for you if you want a course to watch. Nobody watches; everybody brings a problem.
What we work through
  1. 01
Delegation and DescriptionWhat to hand off, what to keep, and how to ask for it clearly.
  2. 02
DiscernmentJudging what comes back: the review gate, and when to say no to the output.
  3. 03
DiligenceDoing it safely: the human gate, the audit trail, and month three when attention drops.
The 4 Ds come from Dakan, Feller & Anthropic's AI Fluency framework. The mapping onto your stack is ours.
Before you hold a seat

The obvious questions.

€750 of someone else's budget deserves a straight answer first.

Do I pay now?

No. Holding a seat costs nothing. You confirm and pay once the dates are set, and the founding price is held for you in the meantime.

Why is the founding price lower?

Because the first twenty shape the room with us. After that it runs at €1,200–€1,500, with the proof behind it.

Do I need to buy a Sprint or Pilot too?

No. The Cohort is a rung of its own. Some members never buy a build; they run it themselves with the room behind them.

What if the twenty fill before I decide?

Then you go on the next-cohort list at the standard price. We'll tell you the seat is gone rather than quietly letting you assume it isn't.

Twenty seats at €750. Then the number changes.

Hold one now at no cost, and decide when you can see the dates and the room.
